Why merchants choose the connection

More focus on your business.
Less work between systems.

Every new provider brings another connection to maintain. QrX brings payment and delivery events into a shared flow, so your team has less to build and chase.

01 · YOUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Build on the work you’ve done.

Use one store integration as the starting point for supported PSPs, carriers and locker flows. Keep new markets from becoming separate integration projects.

02 · YOUR CUSTOMERS

Give customers a reason to trust.

Offer the confidence of paying when the parcel arrives, digitally on their own phone. A familiar payment moment, without cash at the door.

03 · YOUR OPERATIONS TEAM

Connect the payment to the parcel.

Bring payment confirmation and delivery status into the same journey. Give your team clearer context for handover, follow-up and reconciliation.

Keep the responsibilities clear

Your business stays yours.
QrX connects the moving parts.

A shared connection should make your setup easier to understand, including who does what.

Your store + your payment provider

You own the customer relationship.

Your store takes the order. Your PSP processes the payment and settles to your business. Your delivery partner handles the physical parcel.

PSP fees and settlement terms remain with your payment provider.
The QrX layer

We coordinate the system events.

QrX links the order, payment result and delivery state through one architecture, so those systems can work together at the right moment.

QrX never holds customer funds. No consumer credit or financing.
A practical starting point

Start with your setup.
Build toward your next market.

You don’t need a European rollout on day one. Start with one supported flow and agree what comes next.

Before you connect

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is QrX another payment provider?

No. Your PSP processes and settles the payment. QrX connects payment and parcel-delivery events so your systems can coordinate the journey.

Do you already support every European provider?

No. The core architecture is built and the network is expanding. We confirm support for your specific PSP, carrier, locker network and market before you start.

What happens if a customer doesn’t pay?

The parcel is not handed over through the payment-confirmed flow. The delivery partner’s agreed process determines the next step, such as another attempt or a return.

What does QrX cost?

QrX charges a fixed fee per successful transaction, rather than a percentage of the order value. Ask us for pricing for your intended setup and volume. Your PSP’s charges remain separate.

Do my customers need special hardware?

Customers use their own phone to scan and pay through the available PSP checkout. The merchant and delivery setup is agreed during integration.

Coming soonAnother place for customers to discover your store. The planned QrX App Marketplace is a future sales channel alongside the payment and delivery architecture.
