Start with the pack station on day one. Turn on warehouse stock, the app, advanced stock and connections as your operation grows. Nothing you do not use gets in the way.
Scan, verify, print. No wrong parcels.
Scan the packing slip or the tote, then scan each item. QrX checks every product against the order and only lets you finish when it is complete. The label prints on your own printer.
- Works with any USB or Bluetooth scanner. Or use the camera on a tablet.
- Barcode on every packing slip. One scan opens the right order.
- Label and packing slip print together through your connected printer, with one label per order guaranteed.
- Short on an item? Park the order as an exception with a reason. It never ships half by accident.

Reservations
Promised the moment the order arrives.
When an order comes in, from Shopify, the API, the QrX app or the portal, its items are reserved right away. You see per product how much is promised and to which orders, and your shop never sells the same item twice.
- Visible per product and per order line so you know why stock is taken.
- Released automatically when an order is cancelled.
- Unlimited products stay unlimited. Only products you track use reservations.

Stock does not only leave. Goods arrive, move between buildings, come back from customers and get counted. QrX handles each of these as a guided flow, in the portal or in the app.
Transfers
Move stock between warehouses. It shows as in transit until the other side scans it in, so nothing disappears on the road.
Returns back to stock
Works with QrX Returns. Check the item, choose to restock it and scan the shelf. Stock goes up with a line in the history.
Cycle counting
Count a few locations every day instead of closing for a full stocktake. Differences are reviewed before stock changes.

Good to know
Do I need all of the WMS to start?
No. You can start with only the pack station and keep selling without stock tracking. When you are ready, turn on stock for the products you want to track. Advanced features stay hidden until you switch them on.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. Orders come in from Shopify as they do today. QrX reserves stock, and fulfilments, tracking numbers and stock differences go back to Shopify.
What hardware do I need?
A computer or tablet with a browser, any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, and a label printer connected through QrX printing. Pickers use the QrX app on their own phone.
Can I use more than one warehouse?
Yes. Each warehouse has its own locations and stock. You can move stock between warehouses with a transfer that shows what is in transit.
How does QrX keep stock correct?
Every movement is saved as a new line in the stock history and never overwritten. Stock is the sum of those lines, so it always adds up, and you can see stock on any past date.
What does it cost?
The WMS is a module in your QrX plan. A number of orders per month is included, and extra orders are billed per order. Book a demo and we will make an offer for your volume.
